Sunday September 12: The field of 132 women was reduced to 64 yesterday. Two women then face off over 18 holes and the winner of each match advances to the next round.

Friday September 10: (11:53 am): The top female players from around the world warmed up early this morning, preparing to start playing in the 59th U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur Championship at Lakewood Golf Club.

POINT CLEAR, Alabama (WKRG) – A live camera is something no one would have thought of in 1947 when the Lakewood Club opened, but this year WKRG News 5 has a live preview of the 18th hole of the course where 132 of the top female golfers over 50 will compete for the 2021 US Senior Women’s Amateur Tournament.
